How Can I Add Incident Or Process Specific Information To My Folder?

Incident Folders are available in SiteDocs Pro, and Process Folders are available in SiteDocs Max.

Customizable Statuses are a great way add information to your Folders. This can include but is not limited to:

  • Incident Type
  • Person Involved
  • Type of Injury
  • Date of Incident
  • Permit Expiry Date
  • Maintenance Cost
  • Worker Start Date

In addition to adding this information, you can of course gather all of this information in your Custom Forms that are involved in your Processes! These Forms can be scheduled from the Folder itself, or added afterwards with the Uplaod PDF feature.
