There is a lot of data included in the Signatures attached to your Signed Documents. Here is a summary of all the Data that is attached to each Signature:
- All Signatures added to SiteDocs Forms require a logged in user
- This is true even when one logged in user collects Signatures from an entire crew on the same mobile device
- There is an App Permission Profile type that determines if a user can collect Signatures from other Workers or if they are limited to only adding their own personal Signature.
- If this Permission is disabled
- The App user can only sign under their own Worker name
- If the Permission is enabled
- A user can have other Workers sign off on the device. An example is a supervisor on site with a mobile device who collects Signatures from their crew.
- For more information about Permission Profiles, click here.
- If this Permission is disabled
- All Signatures contain two tracking IDs
- EmployeeID
- This is the ID of the Worker whose name was selected for the Signature
- CreatedByID
- This is the ID of the logged in user of the device
- EmployeeID
- When a user is logged in and signed on their own device the Causative ID and Worker ID will match.
- When a user has collected Signatures from other Workers, the Causative ID and Worker ID will be different.
