What Is Included In A SiteDocs Signature?

There is a lot of data included in the signatures attached to your Signed Documents.

1. Signature Image

   • The Image of the Signature Applied by the Worker 

2. Worker Name

   • First and Last Name of the Worker Profile Selected

3. Worker Title

   • Title of the Worker Profile Selected

4. Automatic Date and Time Stamp

   • When a Signature is saved, the Date and Time are automatically attached

5. Automatic GPS Stamp

   • When a Signature is saved, the current GPS Coordinates are automatically attached

6. "View Map" Button

   • This button will allow the viewer to see a Google Map with a Pin for the GPS Coordinates
     

7. Attached Comment

   • When signing a Document, the Worker can type in a comment to attach to the signature

8. Attached Photo

   • When signing a Document, the Worker can take a photo or upload a photo from their device's storage
