Using The Certificates On Site Link

Follow

Overview

If you need to provide a list of your worker's certificates to an external party, our Certificates on Site link is an easy way to do this. You will want to ensure that the correct workers are assigned to that location first. Then when you share the public Certificates on Site Link, the external party will be able to view everyone's certificates and the great thing is that the link is live, which means it will always be up-to-date when they click on it.

Once you've selected your desired Location from the Admin Panel:

Step 1: Select the tab labeled 'Certifications on Site'.

Step 2: Select 'Copy' and share the link publicly (or read it out loud if you like, but it might take a while).

Revoking A Location-Specific Link

If you need to revoke access to a Certifications On Site link, select the 'New Link' button.  This will create a new link for your Certifications On Site report.

All previous links that have been generated and shared will no longer work once the new link has been generated.

Please Note: Marking a Location Inactive does NOT revoke access to the Certifications on Site Link, so if that is a concern, please also generate a new Link before marking the Location inactive.

Which Workers Are Shown?

All Workers that have been assigned to the specific Location that have at least one certification included in their Worker profile are shown in the list.

If you assign or remove a Worker from that Location, the public link is automatically updated. In other words, you don't need to resend the link.

Which Certifications Are Shown?

The Certificates On Site report shows every certificate for a Worker that is assigned to a specific Location.

If you add or remove a certification from a Worker profile, the Certificates On Site report will automatically update. In other words, you don't need to resend the link.

Switching Between List View and Grid View

There are two view options for the public web page: List View and Grid View.  You can select which view you would like to use by clicking the icon beside the search bar.

Grid View

The Grid view provides a grid of certifications along with a thumbnail of each certification image if an image has been uploaded. For certifications with no image, "Certificate Image Not Added" is displayed.

Is there a way to only send one certificate for each staff to a certain location? The location only needs a copy of one certificate, I do not want to send all of them.
