To give SiteDocs Lite™ access to Workers outside your Company so they can participate in your safety program, follow the steps below.

For a Video Walkthrough, click here.

1. Set Up Company Types. Your external Companies will be sorted into Types. These can be used in
the Safety Monitor and Analytics to filter your Documentation by Company Types.

    • Select "Company Types" from the Setup Menu.

2. Create Companies. External Workers on your job site will select a Company profile to log in and          participate in your safety program. Before they can do that, companies need to first be added to            your SiteDocs account.

    • Select "Companies" from the Navigation Bar.

    • Select "New Company".

    • Enter the Company Name, set the Company Type, then select "Create".

Note: Like Workers and Location, because signed Forms are saved to Company profiles, a Company profile cannot be deleted, only marked inactive. This is done to ensure that documents signed by External Workers are never deleted, accidentally or otherwise. To mark a Company Inactive, select the bubble next to the Company(s) that you want to mark as inactive and then select "Set Inactive" from the blue bar at the top of the page.

This will remove the Company Name from any SiteDocs Lite™ Links that you create.

3. Create SiteDocs Lite™ Links. In each Location Profile, create a Link that External Workers can use       to participate in your safety program by signing Forms and/or Resources.

    • In each Location Profile, select "SiteDocs Lite™ Link".

    • Select "Add SiteDocs Lite™ Link".

    • Set Your SiteDocs Lite™ Link Title (this will show on the QR Code Poster) and select "Create".

    • Select "Add Info Details" to set up the Info that will show at the top of the External Workers' Lite™ App.

    • From this page, you can also set up the Form and Resource Menus that the External Workers will see. Click HERE for a walkthrough of the Custom Menus.

      • Public Link: Shareable link that can be emailed, text messaged, etc. to External Workers to log in to the SiteDocs Lite™ App.
      • QR Code:
        • QR Code - Simple QR Code that can be used to access SiteDocs Lite™. Use this option for stickers, labels, etc.
        • PDF Poster - Full poster including your Company Name, Link Title, QR Code, Generation Date, and Location Name. Use this option for posting on bulletin boards, doors, placing in manuals, etc.
