Complete your safety forms directly from the web browser of your computer, tablet, or phone! All signed forms on the Web App are sent to the Admin Panel just like any signed form from the mobile app would be.

Please note: Because the Web App is hosted on a website, it is not available offline. If you need Offline capability, please download our Mobile App!

Why use the Web App? 

• If you're working online and don't need access to your forms offline, the Web App lets you fill out forms immediately, with no downloads needed.
• If you prefer using your computer's keyboard for typing out long answers to questions, the Web App lets you do just that, making the filling out of forms even faster and easier than before.

You can even access the Web App from the Admin Panel by selecting the "Web App" button from the Menu Bar on the right-hand side of the page.

We recommend bookmarking it so you can access it quickly (and it's one less thing to memorize!).
