Using The SiteDocs Module With Workers

The SiteDocs Module contains 8 connectors that pertain to Workers.

Worker Created

This connector allows users to trigger a workflow when a Worker profile is created or updated.

Create a Worker 

This connector allows users to create a new Worker profile. Users can enter a Worker's First and Last Name, Title, Email Address, Street Address, City, Postal Code, Mobile and Phone Numbers, Hire Date, Employee Number, Emergency Contacts, and Emergency Notes either manually or they can map the data from another Module. Update a Worker 

This connector allows users to update a Worker profile. Users can update a Worker's First and Last Name, Title, Email Address, Street Address, City, Postal Code, Mobile and Phone Numbers, Hire Date, Employee Number, Emergency Contacts, and Emergency Notes either manually or they can map the data from another Module. Get Worker Details

This connector allows users to pull the details of a specific Worker profile for use in a Workflow. This will return data for the data points mentioned in the previous two connector descriptions as well as the  Worker(s)'s ID, Active status, Profile Creation Date, Employer ID, Last Modification Date, and an ID for their Profile Photo.

Assign a Worker to a Location

This connector allows a user to automatically assign a Worker Name or ID to a Specific Location Name or ID.

Make a Worker Active/Inactive

These Connectors allow a user to mark Workers as Active or Inactive in SiteDocs automatically.

Search Workers

This connector allows users to search for Workers in their SiteDocs account. This connector allows them to filter by First and/or Last Name, Title, Active Status, and Location.
