Using The SiteDocs Module With Certifications

The SiteDocs Module contains 4 connectors that pertain to Certifications and 4 connectors that pertain to Certification Types:

Certifications

Certification Created

This connector allows users to trigger a workflow when a Certification is created or updated.

Create a Certification

This connector allows users to create a new Certification for a Worker. Users can enter Certification Type, Worker Name, Acquired Date, Expiry Date, Issuer, and Ticket Number either Manually or they can map the data from another Module. (For more information on Mapping Data, click here.)

Update a Certification

This connector allows users to update a Certification for a Worker. Users can update Certification Type, Worker Name, Acquired Date, Expiry Date, Issuer, and Ticket Number either Manually or they can map the data from another Module.

Search Certifications

This connector allows users to search for Certifications held by Workers in their SiteDocs account. This connector allows them to filter by Certification Type, Worker, Issuer, and Expiry Status.

Get Certification Image

This connector allows users to get the Image Data for Images attached to Certifications. When used with Modules that allow for File Download or Upload, this Image Data will send the picture out of SiteDocs. The output also contains the file size and type of image.

Upload Certification Image

This connector allows users to upload an image to a certification in SiteDocs. This can be mapped from another Module either in the form of Image Data or a mapped file from a Module that allows for Image Downloading. Currently, this connector only supports JPEG files, but more file types are in development.

Certification Types

Certification Type Created

This connector allows users to trigger a workflow when a Certification Type is created or updated.

Create a Certification Type

This connector allows users to create a new Certification Type for use in their SiteDocs account and assign it a Name.

Update a Certification Type

This connector allows users to update the name of existing Certification Types.

Search Certification Types

This connector allows users to search for Certification Types in their SiteDocs account. This connector allows them to filter by Certification Type Name and Deleted Status.

Get Certification Type Details

This connector searches Certification Types by ID and outputs Detail information including the Certification Type Name, The date it was created, the date it was last modified, and if it has been deleted or not.
