Using The SiteDocs Module With Signatures

The SiteDocs Module contains 3 connectors that pertain to Signatures:

Signature Added:

This connector will trigger a Workflow to start when a new signature is added to a Form or Resource. It also allows you to Filter by Form Template Name, Worker who signed, and Locations where the Form was completed. Simply check the boxes for the items you wish to Filter for. 

Get Signature Details

This module returns data points for the Worker ID of the Signer, the Date and Time of Signature, and GPS Coordinates for the signature.

Search Signatures

This module will search for Signatures in your SiteDocs account. This module has the option to be filtered by Form ID, Worker Name, and Signatures added since a specific time and/or date.
