Each SiteDocs Admin and SuperAdmin will be given their own Team. This is a private workspace that contains the user’s Workflows and Connections. The Team Admin for each Team can choose to add other SiteDocs Admins to the Team if they choose.

  1. Select "Organization".
  2. Select "Users". This refreshes the list of Users in your Organization for use in Teams. Each SiteDocs Admin will appear in the User list as soon as they have logged into Workflow Studio at least once.

SiteDocs Workflow Studio Teams have several Roles with different levels of access. These can be changed under the “Role” column on the “Users” screen in your Team Menu.

Note: SiteDocs Admins who belong to several SiteDocs accounts will have one Team that can have connections to several Organizations.

  • Team Admin has full access to all data within the Team. This includes the ability to change or assign Roles, including their own.
  • Team Member has full access to all data within the Team, but cannot manage team members and cannot delete the team.
  • Team Restricted Member has full access to all data within the Team, but cannot publish Workflows and cannot modify the team.
  • Team Operator has read-only access to all data within the Team. In addition, the Team Operator can activate or stop Workflows and set up Workflow schedules.
  • Team Monitoring has read-only access to the Team, Workflows, and Templates.
  • None means the Organization Member is not in your Team and cannot access anything stored there.

IMPORTANT: When an Organization Member is added to a Team as a Team Admin, Team Member, or Team restricted Member, they then have access to all the Workflows that have been created in that Team. This means that they can see the Workflow itself, but also that they have access to see, use, and manipulate (reauthorize, verify, delete) any and all connections used in that Team.
