How to Enable and/or Disable Custom Form/Resource App Menus

The Option for Custom App Menus can be easily Enabled and Disabled from the Form Template Library and Resource Library. This will affect all users in your SiteDocs account. Neither action is permanent, and either can be reversed at any time.

NOTE: Custom App Menus can only be Enabled and Disabled by Super Admins. 

Enable Custom App Menus

Select "Re-Enable Custom Menu" at the bottom of the Form Template/Resource Library Page to enable the Main Menu and Location Specific Menus.

Note: When Custom App Menus are Enabled, the Columns titled "Active (Legacy)" and "Visibility (Legacy)" will be removed, as the functions of these columns are replaced by Custom App Menus.

Disable Custom App Menus

Select "Disable Custom Menu" underneath the App Preview Window to disable the Main Menu and Location Specific Menus.

Note: If a Custom App Menu is Disabled, the previously saved Menu will be accessible if this feature is Enabled at a later time. However, any Forms/Resources added to the App while the Custom App Menu is disabled will not be added to the Menu.

Also Note: When Custom App Menus are disabled, the Column titled "App Menu Visibility" will be removed, as it does not apply to accounts without Custom Menus enabled.
