Admins can Schedule extra Signatures for any Forms or Resources from the Monitor. This can be done for Standard Forms and Resources and also for Scheduled Forms and Resources.

If you’d like to add Scheduled Signatures after the original Document is scheduled, select “Schedule Additional Signatures”. This will schedule the form and open a window to add Scheduled Signatures.
You can also trigger this window from the Monitor by selecting the Menu button and then “Request Signature” or selecting the “Signatures” icon next to each Document. You can even request a Signature on a Document that was not originally scheduled.

Select “Schedule Additional Signatures”.

Select the Worker(s) that need to add their signatures to the Document, then select “Choose Workers”. This will add them to the “Signatures” window.
Note: Scheduled Signatures can be assigned to Workers without access, but note that they will not receive a notification.

Once the workers have been added to the Signatures window, the schedule can be set for each signature. Select the Date and Time to set the schedule required. To cancel a Scheduled Signature, select the next to the Signature in question.

Note: Select “Show Details” to show which user scheduled the original Document and at which date and time. This will also show any scheduled signatures that were canceled.
