How to Schedule a Form

SiteDocs Administrators can assign Forms to their Workers with a Due Date and Time.

Note: Forms cannot be scheduled to External Workers created through the SiteDocs Lite™ App.

  1. Select “Schedule a Form” in the top right corner of the Safety Monitor.

  2. Select "Set Due Date" to choose a Due Date and Time from the Calendar and Clock.

    Protip: Select the Time Zone to select a different time zone.

  3. Choose if Workers can complete the Form after the Due Date or not.

  4. If you'd like this Scheduled Form to Repeat, choose the frequency desired.

    If you choose "Custom", you'll be able to use our frequency menu to set up a custom frequency with Repeat Frequency, Day of the Week, and End Dates.

  5. Choose a Form, Location Profile, and Worker Profile to assign the Document to.

  6. To Schedule the Form, select “Schedule”. To Schedule the Form and Request an additional signature(s) select "Schedule Additional Signatures".

    Two Notes:
    - Scheduled Forms can only be assigned to Workers with at least Mobile Access.
    - Admins can choose to Assign the Form to “Any Location” or “Any Worker”, but not both.
