How Can I Change My SiteDocs Email Address?

Admin or Super Admin Accounts

  1. Log in to the Admin Panel with the username you would like to change.
  2. Select “Change Email” from the Profile menu.

  3. Enter the new Email Address and select “Send Confirmation Code”.

  4. This will send an email with a confirmation code to the new email address.

    Enter this code in the Change Email window and select “Save New Email”.

  5. Log out of any existing SiteDocs sessions (Admin Panel, Mobile App, or Web App) and log back in with the new Email Address. Selecting “OK” will automatically log you out.

Note: On the application, make sure that any unsynced Forms are synced through and unfinished drafts are signed or deleted before logging out.

 

App Access Accounts

To change an App Access Worker's login username, you must remove and re-grant their access from the Admin Panel.

To do this, select the Workers tab in the main menu and then the name of the individual Worker, then select the "No Access" option at the bottom of the Worker's profile.

From there, re-grant the level of access you would like to give your Worker using their new email address.
