Sometimes, documents (Forms and/or Resources) cannot be synced from a Mobile Device to the Admin Panel right away. Typically, this occurs when the device is offline, due to low connectivity in the area or no WiFi connection. When the device in question connects to the internet, the documents will sync within 15 minutes automatically, or as soon as the user selects "Sync Now" on the Sync page of their app.
Every document signed in SiteDocs is automatically Time and Date stamped at the time of Signature. No matter when the document is synced to the Admin Panel, the signature Date and Time will be accurate. Because of the sync delay, it is important to note that certain triggers like Auto-Share Emails, Workflow Studio/API/Zapier Integrations, and Dropbox Connections will also be delayed.
How can I find the Upload Date?
You can find the Upload Date in the Safety Monitor. In the Customize Layout Menu, select "Show Date Uploaded" in the General Content section.
Now the Dates shown on your Safety Monitor are the Dates that the Documents were Synced to your Admin Panel.
