How Do I Set Up Analytics Access?

If your Company has an active Analytics Subscription, access can be granted by our Support Team.

Super Admins can simply send an email to [e-mail] with the user's First and Last Name, Email Address, and desired access level.

There are two levels of access in SiteDocs Analytics:

Designer: Users are able to create custom Analytics Dashboards and edit existing Dashboards.

(Ideal for Administrators)

Viewer: Users are able to view existing Analytics Dashboards and manipulate any unlocked Filters.

(Ideal for Managers, Supervisors, etc.)
