Note: An External Worker is any SiteDocs user who accesses your account via SiteDocs Lite™ with Workforce Management
1. From your Monitor, select Schedule a Form

2. Fill out your Scheduled Form Information as normal

3. Select Assign Worker(s)

4. Choose Company that the External Worker works for

5. Select the External Worker's Name(s)

6. Select Assign Worker(s)

7. Select Schedule to send the Scheduled Form to your External Worker(s)

Will the External Worker be Notified outside of SiteDocs Lite™?
Yes! SiteDocs Lite™ users will be notified via automated email to the Email Address that they used to sign into SiteDocs Lite™
