When Form Items and/or Sections are changed/added/removed after an Analytics Dashboard is built, the Dashboard will lock to the original version of the Form, which means that the new item/changed item will not show up on the Dashboard unless you re-build the Widgets from scratch, using the new version of the Form Template.

Analytics does this to avoid errors. If Analytics tried to pull data from a question that does not exist, then you would end up with Errors that could not be corrected.

How will I be able to tell if the Widget(s) are locked to an old version of a Form?

Before a Change:
Select "Form Item Data"
from the data point selector, there will be the option to back out of the Form Template you chose.

After a Change:
Select "Form Item Data"
from the data point selector and there will not be the option to back out of the Form Template you chose.
