If there are Form(s) in your account that you need to exclude from an Analytics Dashboard(s), there are a couple of ways you can filter them out. Follow the steps below to learn how to achieve this.

Common Uses for this are to exclude a testing Form, an accidental duplication, or even just a Form filled out in the wrong Location.

Approach #1: "Void Form" Worker Profile

1. Create a Worker Profile name "Void Form" or something similar.

2. On the SiteDocs App, find the Form Type(s) corresponding to the Form(s) you need to Void. Select "Revise" and then choose the Form(s) you need to exclude from the Dashboard. Feel free to change anything you need to at the same time if you wish.

3. Add a Signature with the "Void Worker" profile you just created.

4. Now that the signature has been added, after the next Data Source Rebuild, the signature will appear in Analytics, and you can filter the form out by applying two Filters.

First Filter: "Is this Form The Latest Revision?"
In this Filter, only select the option for "1." In this case 1 = Yes and 0 = No.

Second Filter: Exclude this Worker from a Worker Name Filter.

Approach #2: Label Field

1. On the SiteDocs App, Revise the Form(s) you need to exclude from the Dashboard and add something to the Label Field to set it apart. We recommend (Ignore) or (Void). You can do this with any Form you'd like to exclude. (For more information on the Revision feature, click here).

2. In your Analytics Dashboard, you'll need to apply two Filters.

First Filter: "Is this Form The Latest Revision?"
In this Filter, only select the option for "1." In this case 1 = Yes and 0 = No.

Second Filter: Filter for "Label"

Select "Text"
from the menu on the left side of the Filter, select the condition for "Doesn't Contain", and type your Label of choice into the text box. Click OK to apply.

Once these two Filters are in place, your Dashboard will only include the most recent revision of your Forms and exclude anything with the Label you chose.
