Once you have added documents to your Custom Form or Resource Menu, you can click, drag, and drop them to rearrange them however you'd like. Here are the functions that are available:
- Alphabetize the entire Menu with the "Sort" button at the top of the Menu.
- Alphabetize a single Folder by selecting the "Sort" button in the blue bar that appears when hovering over the Folder name.
- Move a Document to another place in the list.
- Move a Document from the master list into a Folder.
- Quickly send a Document out of a folder to the bottom of the master list. To do this, drag the item to the left. You'll notice a bold blue line showing where the Document will end up.
- Move a Document out of a Folder into the master list. To do this, drag the item to the far left, then drag it to the spot in the list that you want.
