SiteDocs Administrators can use Custom Location Specific Menus to assign Forms and Resources to specific Location profiles, which means the documents will only be viewable if/when a worker is logged into that Location.

These Menus can help Admins to make it easy to find the right documentation in the field without having to scroll through long lists of unnecessary documents.

Please Note: Items in the master Form or Resource List cannot be rearranged from the Location Specific Menu.

There are two places in your Administrator Panel where you can edit these Location Specific Custom Menus.

From the Form Template Library

  1. Select “Edit Locations Menu”

  2. Select the Location Menu you’d like to edit from the list of active Locations on the left side of the page.
    - Locations with an Existing Specific Menu will be at the top of the list in alphanumeric order and marked with a purple GSP pin.
    - Locations without Locations Specific Items will be lower on the list in alphanumeric order and marked with a black smartphone icon.

  3. When a new Location Specific Item is added to a menu that previously did not contain any, the black phone icon will change to a purple GPS pin, but will not move to the top section until the Menu is saved and the page is refreshed.

  4. Add Location Specific Folders by selecting "Add Folder" at the top of the page. Location Specific Folders will be colored purple and marked with a GPS pin icon.

  5. Add Location-Specific Forms. You can add Forms outside of your Folders with the "Add Form" button at the top of the page, or add them to Folders by selecting "Add" next to a Folder name. You can even add Location Specific Forms to regular Folders, not just Location Specific ones.

  6. Any changes to a Location’s Menu must be saved before moving to another Location Menu, or changes will be lost. If you try to navigate away, a warning message will appear.
