How To Track Which Employees Are NOT Signing Documents

Follow

From time to time, you may want to check on which of your workers are not signing documentation as they should be. To do this, you can take advantage of the tools found in your Safety Monitor or in your Signed Document Report.

Safety Monitor

1. Create a New Filter View and give it a title (like "Who Has Not Signed").

7. Please note: Exporting to CSV will not include empty groups

Signed Document Report

While we recommend using the Safety Monitor for all of your reporting needs, you can also export to CSV from the Signed Document Report:

1. Select the Date Range you would like to review.

2. Filter for the one or multiple forms you wish to review.

3. Filter to select the individual or multiple locations on which specific documentation should have been signed.

4. Group By Workers

5. Finally, from the View Mode selector, choose "Show Empty Groups Only". The resulting list will be of only those workers who have failed to complete the chosen documentation.
