Once a Worker has been granted SiteDocs Access, they can change their password using the "Forgot Password" button on the Mobile or Web App.

However, if you would like to reset it for them from the Admin Panel, you can do so in the App Access tab in their Worker Profile. For Admin and SuperAdmin users, there is only a button to send a Password Reset email.
If the worker only has App Access, you can also Reset the Password by Admin, which means you can enter the password for the worker.
This will open a window where you can set the Worker's password for them. Type in the new password and click "Set Password."
