How To Add Your Company Information and Logo To Forms

Many companies want their company information (name, address, etc.) and logo displayed on their completed documentation. If that's you, follow these simple steps in your SiteDocs account.

 

Adding Company Information

  1. Select "Company Information" from the Setup Menu

  2. Simply add the company information you'd like to be displayed on your Document Header. Displayed fields include: Company Name, Street Address, City, Province/State, Postal/Zip Code, Country, and Phone.

  3. While it may not show in the Header of your Forms, you can also update your company Timezone on this page.

 

Uploading a Logo

If you'd like your Company Logo to appear on every signed document, follow these steps:

  1. In the Admin Panel select the "Setup" tab in the main menu
  2. Select "Company Information"

  3. Select "Change" in the Logo section of the page, then find the file you want to upload (in your computer) and select "Open"

  4. Click and drag to select the portion of the image you want to capture and select "Save"

Note: The Company Logo field supports JPEG and PNG file types.

Customize the Form Header

Once your Company Information and/or Logo has been added to your account, you can then customize their placement in the document header.

  1. Select "Print Settings" on the left side of the page.

  2. Select your preference.

Note: The selected Form Header will immediately display on any completed documentation.
