How To Import A Large Amount Of Locations At Once

If you are trying to import more than 15-20 Locations at once, you're in the right place! Our wonderful Support Team is able to mass import your Locations for you using a single Excel spreadsheet.

Your Implementation Specialist may have already sent you the Template. If they haven't yet or you need to upload after your rollout period, click here to view and download the template.

There are a few important things to note about filling in this template.

• Location Names are required.
• Double-check your account to make sure that there will not be duplicates in your import. The upload system will recognize exact duplicates and skip them but in cases of misspelling or shortened names, the system will create a new profile, which cannot be permanently deleted and can only set as inactive.
• Please do not delete any of the columns in the template (i.e. If you don’t want to input information under a specific Heading, just leave it blank). This will create an error and the import will not run.
• Please do not add any additional Headings or alter the text of the Headings. This will create an error and the import will not run.
• The data in the template will be uploaded as-is (i.e. The upload is case-sensitive).
• If inputting dates, please use the format YYYY-MM-DD (i.e. 2021/06/09 for June 9, 2021).
• In the Last Column, you can dictate which Titles you would like to assign to each Location. If you choose to use this function, please format the column like this: Plumber,Carpenter,Electrician
