The SiteDocs Lite™ App can be used to give your Subcontractors, Visitors, Auditors, and more the ability to fill out Forms and sign Resources without needing to download an application or remember a password.

✅ Filling out a New Form is SiteDocs Lite™
1. Select Forms
2. Select the Form you would like to fill out from the Menu
3. Select New to fill out a new Form from scratch
4. You now have an empty Form that is ready for you to fill in your answers.
5. Once you have completed the Form, select Sign & Save to complete it
6. Apply your Signature in the grey signature area
7. Select Save & Close
✅ This completes your Form, and a copy will be sent to the Administrator Panel for the SiteDocs Account you are logged into.
🔁 If you previously filled out a form and would like to make a copy with the same answers, you can use the Duplicate feature (if the SiteDocs account owner has enabled it).
1. Instead of New, select Duplicate
2. Choose the iteration of the Form that you would like to Duplicate
3. You can now make changes to the last iteration of the Form
4. Once you're done, select Sign & Save to complete the Form
✏️ Did you make a mistake on a Form you filled out, or did conditions change and you need to update a Form? No problem, you can use the Revision feature to update your Form with new answers.
1. Select Revision
2. Select the Form you would like to Revise
3. Make any necessary change(s) to the Form
4. Select Sign & Save to save your new Revised Form. Note that the old version of the Form will still be kept, but this revised version will be the most up to date version offered.
🖋️ Every Form you have signed in this account is available for your review with the SiteDocs Lite™ App.
1. Select Previously Signed
2. Choose whatever Form(s) you would like to view to see a completed PDF of the document.
