Using The SiteDocs Module With Equipment

The SiteDocs Module contains 11 connectors that pertain to Equipment:

 

Get Equipment Basic Details

Get basic details for an Equipment Profile, including ID, Type, Name, and creation information.

 

Create Equipment

This connector allows users to create a new Equipment profile. Users can enter an Equipment Name and Type, either manually or they can map the data from another Module. (For more information on Mapping Data, click here.)
 

Update Equipment Name 

This connector allows users to update the name of an Equipment profile either manually or they can map the data from another Module.

 

Update Equipment Detail Fields 

This connector allows users to update the details of an Equipment profile either manually or they can map the data from another Module. This includes any of the pre-made fields; at this time, it does not include the Custom Fields.

 

Make Equipment Active/Inactive

These Connectors allow a user to mark Equipment as Active or Inactive in SiteDocs automatically.

 

Assign Equipment to a Location

This connector allows a user to automatically assign an Equipment ID to a Specific Location Name or ID.

 

Remove Equipment from a Location

This connector allows a user to automatically unassign an Equipment ID from a Specific Location Name or ID.

 

Assign an Equipment Type

This connector allows a user to automatically assign or change the Equipment Type of a given Equipment Profile.
