Auto-Share Signed Forms and Resources With Another SiteDocs Account

We've made it easy for you to share your signed Forms and Resources from a specific Location with another SiteDocs-using company. For example, this is perfect for Sub-trades (Sender) sending their safety documentation to their Prime Contractor (Receiver).

Step 1: From the Receiver’s Admin Panel

1. Select Locations from your menu bar

2. Select the Location you want these particular Forms categorized under

4. In the Receive PDF by Email section, choose Select Form Types

5. Select the Form Template you would like these particular PDFs to be categorized as

6. Select Apply

7. SiteDocs will create a randomised Email Address that is associated with this Location AND Form Template. Any PDFs sent to this particular email address will be uploaded to SiteDocs as such. Select Copy Email so you can paste it into an email, text message, etc to send to another SiteDocs user.

Note: The Receiver must set this up before the Sender can proceed with Step 2 (below).

Step 2: From the Sender’s Admin Panel


1. Select Locations

2. Select the Location you want to send Forms from

3. Select Auto-Share

4. In the Sending section, select Add Recipient

5. Select Auto-Share to Email Address

6. Paste in the Email Address for the recipient's SiteDocs account

7. Select the Form you want to send to the recipient. Remember that if multiple PDFs are sent to the same address, they will all be categorized as this selected Form template.

8. Select Apply

ℹ️ Now your Auto-Share is set up! Continue on to the Editing and Deletion steps.

9. Select Edit to change the email address or Form Template you want to use in this Auto-Share

10. To stop the Auto-Share emails, select the bubble next to the Auto-Share(s) you want to remove

11. Select Remove
