In some cases, you may want to see who has not signed a particular Form or set of Forms.
Before you build a new Widget or Dashboard, check out the default Dashboard in your account named "Who Has Not Signed a Form?" as this Dashboard already does this and has filters to help narrow the data.
However, if you want to add this to your custom Dashboard, follow these steps:
1. Create a new Widget and select "Advanced Configuration".
2. Select 'Pivot" from the list of Widget Types.
3. Select "Signatures" for your value.
4. Here's the advanced part:
- Select the Edit () button to open the formula editor.
- Delete the word "COUNT" at the beginning of the equation.
- Select the Blue "Signatures" Text, then select "Type," then select "Count Unique."
- Type a + after Signatures. Then add "Zero Value for Formulas" after the +.
The data point in the Worker Details section works best.
(Pro Tip: Rename this value to "Signatures" to make the report more readable.) - Add "Worker Name" as a row.
- Finally, select the filter icon on the Value section and select "= 0"
5. Add a filter for "Is Worker Active?" and only select "True." This way you won't see zero values for Inactive Workers.

6. Add a Filter for "Form Template Name" and select the Form Name(s) you want to track.
When you're finished, your Widget should look something like this:
A few more optional filters you could add to get more specific data includes:
- Date form was completed
- Title
- Location name
