How To Display The Data From A Short Or Long Answer Question In A Pivot Table

Pivot Tables can display the Short or Long Answer Form Item answers from a Form. To show this data in your Widget, follow the steps below.

Before building the Widget, make sure you're using either "SiteDocs Data 1.1" or "Last 14 Days" as your data source. For more information about Data Sources and how they work, click here.

1. Select "Add" in the Rows Section of your Pivot Table Widget.

2. Select "Form Item Data."

3. Select the Form you would like to pull answers from.

4. Select the question you would like to pull the answers from.

5. Before finishing your Widget, remember to add a Value to your widget. If you are working with Answers from your Forms, we recommend using the "Answers" Data Point.

6. Click thebutton in the top right corner to save your Widget!
