Why Are There No GPS Coordinates On The Documents Signed On The Mobile App?

This is likely because you have not given SiteDocs permission to find your location. This can be enabled in your device settings.

iOS Devices:

1. Open your Settings Application and select "Privacy."

2. Select "Location Services"; turn them on if they are off.

3. Tap on the SiteDocs App in your list of Applications.

4. Select "While Using the App."
*Optional (but suggested): turn on Precise Location to allow more accurate Coordinates.

Android Devices:
Note:
All Android operating systems have their own unique settings menu, so yours may look different than the screenshots below.

1. Open your Settings App and select Apps.

2. Tap on the SiteDocs App in your list of Apps.

3. Select "Permissions."

4. Switch on "Location."
