How to use Revisions:
- In the App, go to the Forms tab.
- In the list, find the Form title you would like to revise.
- Select Revision.
- Select the date of the form you would like to revise.
- Make the necessary changes within the form
- Select Sign & Save and sign the form
- Select Save & Close after signing
NOTE FOR ADMINS: A Revision creates a new document. However, our system links the original and the Revision together. The Signed Document Report and Safety Monitor will show each revision as a new Document, but when you click on View Form, you will see all the signatures from the original form and revisions. From this form view, you will also be able to click View beside the signatures to see what the form looked like at that time of signature (to distinguish revisions made). This leaves a nice paperless trail of what was revised on that form.
When to not use Revisions:
- If you are only adding a signature but not making any changes to the contents of the form itself. For more information on Adding a Signature, please click here.
