There are four options for levels of Access Workers can have within your SiteDocs account. Below you will find the levels of Access that are currently available with a brief description of each. Admins in your SiteDocs account can grant these levels of Access in each user's Worker Profile in the App Access tab.
Please Note: Access Level has no bearing on what a Worker can do on the Mobile App. To learn more about Permission Profiles, please click here.
No Access:
This Level of Access means that they do not have a username and password for the SiteDocs App. However, they are still listed as an Active Worker in the account and they can sign Forms on someone else’s device who is logged into SiteDocs.
App Access:
This Level of Access gives your Workers their username and password to log into the SiteDocs Mobile and/or Web app where they can sign Forms on their own devices.
Workers with Mobile Access are heavily influenced by the Permission Profile assigned to their Worker Profile. For more information about Permission Profiles, click here.
Admin Access:
Given to a select number of trusted employees, Admin Access means you have access to almost the entire account, including (but not limited to):
- General account set-up
- Assigning App Access for Workers
- Assigning Workers to Locations
- Adding Certificates to Worker profiles as well as Emergency and Contact Information
- Reporting Features
- Form Building
SuperAdmin Access:
SuperAdmin Access holds all the same abilities as Admin Access, with one crucial difference: SuperAdmin users can grant and/or revoke Admin Access for other workers. We recommend keeping your list of SuperAdmins as small as possible, typically only 1 or 2 individuals.
