When Granting Access, What To Do If The Email Is Already In Use

If an email address is in use in a SiteDocs Account, you will see one of two error messages:

This email is already being used by another user and hasn’t been enabled for Multi-Account Access.

Likely, your new employee has used SiteDocs in the past, and their old account has not been revoked yet.

There are two options for what to do next:

  1. Contact the previous employer to remove your Worker's access, which will allow you to create access for them.
  2. Set up Multi-Account Access for your Worker. Click here for more information on how to use Multi-Account Access.

This email is already being used by another Worker in this account.

This means that a different Worker Profile is using this email address in your account. The best way to find out where is to open each Worker's Profile to check their access email address or just use a different email address for this Worker.
