While a created Worker or Location profile cannot be deleted (for more information on why this is, click here), it can be edited to reflect a different name.
If the duplicate Worker or Location profile has no Forms or Resources signed under it: Simply rename it. If you don't presently have a new Worker or Location to name it, no problem - rename it to “New Worker” or “New Location” and the next time you hire a new employee or start a new project, you can simply rename again at that time.
If the duplicate Worker or Location profile has Forms or Resources signed under it: These documents are permanently saved to whatever profile they were signed under. This means that, while you can still change the name of the profile, previously signed documents will remain under that same profile and any documents signed prior to the profile name change will reflect any new profile name changes going forward. In other words, no matter when they're signed, signed documents will always reflect the current Worker or Location profile name. In this case, simply mark the Worker profile inactive to remove it from view.
