Form Template Recommended Limits

SiteDocs does not recommend using more than 250 items or 70 sections in a single form template due to performance implications for Workers on mobile devices.  

When possible, break up a single long form into multiple shorter forms to keep the number of items under the suggested limit.

Please note: This is a suggestion and not a hard limit, so it is possible to exceed the recommended amount of items or sections, as long as you aren't seeing any issues using the form on a mobile device.
