SiteDocs Analytics offers a variety of Dashboards to help you maintain, monitor and get lightning-quick data and reports on your Safety Program.

Available Dashboards

Certification Report

This report covers all-things certifications. Quickly find answers to questions like: 

• What is the total number of certificates in my company?
• How many Workers have certificates expiring next month and which certificates are expiring? 
• Which Worker has a specific certificate? 

Follow Up Report

This dashboard unlocks in-depth information about how your workers use Follow Ups.  With this report you can answer questions like:

• How long does it take a certain Worker to complete a Flag?
• Which Form Template gets flagged the most?
• Which item in a form is flagged most often at a specific location? 

Forms & Signatures Stats

Access information about your signed Forms and the Signatures on your Forms. Get answers to questions like:

• Have the Forms I need to be signed daily actually been signed today? 
• Which Workers have signed a specific Form?
• What time of Day was a specific Form signed on a specific Location or across all Locations?

Last Month Report

This report includes metrics measuring month over month performance.  The date range is always locked to the previous month but you can edit any of the other filters to see specific behaviours from your previous month.  

• How did last month's growth compare with previous months? 
• How many forms did my crews sign on a day-to-day basis?
• What is the hourly distribution of when Toolbox Talks are being signed?

Safety Culture

This dashboard provides visibility on the participation of workers and locations in your safety program.    

Questions:

• Are workers actively participating in signing forms? 
• Compared to last year at this time, has my safety culture gotten worse or better?
• What percentage of Locations are actively signing Toolbox talks each month? 

Signature Map

View signature GPS coordinates on map and filter by forms or dates to see specific locations where workers signed forms.  

Answer questions like:

• Is a specific Worker signing their forms on the job site (where they should be signing them) or at another location?
• What specific Forms aren't being signed in the correct place and who is signing these Forms?

Signed Document Report

This report provides a table of your signed documents with a wide array of filtering options.  Here are a few great filtering features that you'll be able to use. 

• Name and save the selections within a filter so you can choose the same items again later with a single click.
• Filter by Worker Title (yes!)
• This report will save the last filters you selected so the next time you open the dashboard you won't have to select those filters again.

Top 10 - Bottom 10

This report gives you a quick glance at your top performers and bottom performers across a variety of data sets.   As the name implies, at a glance you are able to see the top 10 and bottom 10 of the following:

• Locations signing forms
• Workers signing forms
• Form templates
• Certifications

From there, you can easily dig into the data by selecting the portion of the bar graph you'd like to analyze further and drilling down into additional data. 

Which Locations Do Not Have Signed Forms?

This report lets you quickly select a Form Template and then see a list of the locations where that form template was not signed.  

Who Doesn’t Have Certifications?

Again, the title says it all! Choose a specific certification or a group of certifications and then find out quickly which Worker is missing them. Filter by date, Active and Inactive Workers, and Worker Titles.

Who Hasn’t Signed A Form?

This report lets you quickly select a Form Template and then see a list of the workers who have and have not signed that form template in a specified date range.
