How To Help Ensure Emails From SiteDocs Are Delivered

Follow

SiteDocs has a dedicated IP address used to send emails for Auto-Share-By-Email, Login Credential Setups, and Password Resets. What does this mean for you? You get more reliable email delivery and less false positive spam filtering.

While we've done all we can on our end to ensure the best possible email delivery, email is a two-way street. The sender (our dedicated IP) and the receiver (your email server) have to be on agreeable terms in order for emails to land in a receiver's inbox.

Unfortunately, sometimes this kind of communication doesn't happen.

Potential Issue #1:

  • Sometimes IT Departments have very strict spam blockers in place which can filter out legitimate traffic, including SiteDocs. These emails either never land at all, or end up in a Spam folder.

What to do:

You can help ensure that emails received from SiteDocs don't get marked as 'spam' by whitelisting our IP address: 149.72.176.184

Here's an example from Google: https://support.google.com/a/answer/60751?hl=en

Potential Issue #2:

  • Sometimes a user accidentally selects 'unsubscribe' from SiteDocs emails which will block SiteDocs from sending future emails to your email address.

What to do:

You will need to contact our wonderful Support Team at support@sitedocs.com or 1-866-871-1892 ext 2 for assistance. SiteDocs Support is available from 6:00am-5:00pm PST Monday-Friday.
