What To Do If A Worker Doesn't Have An Email Address Or It's Already In Use

Any Worker who needs Access to SiteDocs will need to be granted the appropriate Level of Access through the Admin Panel.

In order to receive emails for password resets the login email must be a functioning email address. If your Worker does not want to use their personal email address and does not have a work email address, we recommend creating a new, free Gmail account. You can do so HERE. 

We recommend using something easy to remember, for example, [name]-[company name]@gmail.com as seen below.

If an email address is inactive, you will need to create a password for the worker as the Email Link To Set Password feature will not work. 

 

Companies with multiple SiteDocs accounts

  1. Select Access Level (App, Admin, Super Admin).
  2. Enter the desired email address and select “Next”.

  3. If this email address has not been used for Multi-Account Login before, the user will need to enable it. Click the link in the Access window to send a password reset email that will enable Multi-Account Login. (Note: the “reset” password does not need to be a new password)

    If the email address has been enabled for Multi-Account Login, simply select “Grant Access” to set up access.

    Once Multi-Account Login is set up, the user will have access to an account selector when they log into SiteDocs.
