Export your completed forms as a .csv file in three easy steps.
1. From the Admin Panel, go to Reports > Signed Document Report.
2. Use the filter options or search bar to retrieve the forms you want to export.
3. Select the Export CSV icon.
Exported information includes Date, Time, Form Name, Label Field, and Location. You can access the .csv file wherever your computer saves your downloaded documents and files.
