It can be frustrating when forms that need to be sent to your administrator seem to be stuck on your device.
- Make sure you are connected to a strong wi-fi or cell data signal.
- fast.com is a good place to test this.
- Anything around 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed or higher should be sufficient to run SiteDocs.
- Make sure your mobile device is running the most current version of the mobile app.
- From either the App Store or Google Play Store you can search for "SiteDocs" and depending on your device, it will let you know if there is an update for the app. If there is an update, click update.
- The app version you are using can be found under "Settings" and then the "About" section of the Home page.
- Once you have ensured that you are connected to a reliable internet source and that you are using the most current app version, try the following (in order):
- Hard close the app. This refreshes the app's connection to our servers.
- On Apple: double-tap the home button and swipe the little app window upwards off the screen.
- On Android: tap the apps button and swipe the little app window to the right.
- Then go back into the app.
- Select "Sync" from the Home Page
- Select "Sync Now"
- Select "Sync" from the Home Page
- Hard close the app. This refreshes the app's connection to our servers.
- If your Forms are still not sending after trying these steps, contact support@sitedocs.com for the next steps. If you are able to provide them with screenshots or videos of what you are seeing it would be most helpful.
