Why You Cannot Delete A Location From The System Or Merge Duplicate Locations Together

All Location (and Worker) profiles are permanent in your account because all Previously Signed documentation is connected to the Worker and Location Profile. This means you cannot delete them once they are created in order to maintain the integrity of your account. Since profiles are tracking information like Previously Signed Forms and Certifications, you'll want to always be able to find that information in the future.

If the work at one of your Locations has been completed, you are able to remove it from your Active Location list by making it Inactive.

At this time, it is not possible to merge duplicate Location profiles into one profile. We advise that you make one of the profiles Inactive in the system.

You can control which Workers can create new Locations from the App with SiteDocs Permission Profiles. We recommend limiting the number of people that can create new Locations in order to reduce the occurrence of duplicates.
