From the Panel:
1. From any page on the Panel, select the ? icon in the bottom left corner of the page.

2. Select Contact Support

3. Select Send Message

4. Enter your contact information and any information you have about what you need Support's assistance with

5. If you have any screenshots or recordings of what you are seeing on your end, please upload them here. It's so helpful for our team to see your point of view!

6. Select Send to contact our Support Team. Their replies will come to the email address that you provided.

From the Mobile App:
1. Select the Support Menu from your App's Home page.
2. Select Contact Support and your Mail App will open with an email ready to send to support@sitedocs.com
From the Help Center!
There is a chatbot in our Help Center, you can probably even see it right now! If you ask your question in the chat window where it says "Do you need any assistance?" Our AI Assistant will do its best to answer your questions. If it can't find the answer for you, it will direct you to our Support Team, and they will reply to your email address.
