What Is The Difference Between Incident Folders And Process Folders?

Follow

Have you watched the tutorials for Incident Folders and Process Folders and feel like you're having deja vu? That's because functionally, these two features are quite similar.

We have learned from our members that incident processes are among the most important elements of a safety program. Based on this information, we designed a feature that enables SiteDocs Administrators to store all necessary documentation for their incident process in one central location. Incident Folders are available in our Pro Package, and they do just that! Click here to contact our Accounts Team and get more information about Incident Folders and upgrading to SiteDocs Pro.

However, another common request is to have a way to track other multi-form processes, like Permits to Work, Lock Out Tag Out, New Worker Orientations, Maintenance Cycles, and more. This is where Process Folders shine. Process Folders allow SiteDocs Administrators to organize multi-document processes in a separate organizer page from their Incidents. Process Folders are available in our Max package; click here to contact our Accounts Team and get more information about Process Folders and upgrading to SiteDocs Max.
