1. Select Setup from the Navigation bar

2. Select Process Folder Types

3. Select New Process Folder Type in the top right corner of the page

4. Enter a name for your Process Folder Type.

5. Select Next

6. Enter a name template for your Process Folder Summary Documents

7. If you would like your Summaries to be Private for this Folder Type, check the box next to Make Process Summary Form Private

8. Select Add Process Folder Type
