Incident Statuses are a great way to keep your team updated on the status of your Incident Folder at a glance. Statuses and associated Comments are visible from the Incident Folder Organizer page, ensuring everyone stays on the same page.

Note: Incident Folder Status text is limited to 250 characters, and Comments are limited to 500 characters
