How Changing A Form Item On Your Form Template Affects Workflow Studio

The layout of Workflow Studio data points, when Form Items are concerned, is very layout-dependent. Rather than showing the Form Item's question text (like in Analytics), Mappable Data Points in Workflow Studio are Labeled as "Section 1" and "Item 1" (for example).

This directly correlates to the order in which you have organized your Sections Form Items, so if you drag and drop a Section or Item into a different order, any Mapped Data Points you have used in Workflow Studio will now change accordingly.

Please note that with the Data Previews that are loaded from the signed document(s), users can still tell which item is which, but if you were to, for instance, map the answer for Item 1 into a Workflow, when the item is moved, the incorrect answer will be used in the Workflow going forward.
