External Worker Profiles can be found by opening a Company Profile and selecting the Workers Tab. When you select a Worker's name, the profile will open.
Note: External Worker Profiles will only appear if they’ve logged in at least once via the SiteDocs Lite™ app.
External Worker Profiles are much like the Profiles for your Internal Workers.
They contain the following fields:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Job Title
- Phone Number (Mobile)
- Phone Number (Other)
- Street Address
- City
- Postal/Zip Code
- Employee Number
- Date Hired (Filled with a Calendar)
- Emergency Contact 1
- Emergency Contact 2
- Emergency Notes
You can also add a Profile Photo by selecting the "Add Photo" button and adding a JPG or PNG file from your computer.
External Workers can be assigned to Locations using the "Current Locations" tab.

Certifications can also be added to External Worker Profiles and can be displayed on the Monitor.

Note: App, Admin, and Super Admin Access are not currently available for External Workers. They can only access your SiteDocs account via SiteDocs Lite™. Keep your eyes peeled for more updates to External Workers, coming soon!
