How Does An External Worker Log In To SiteDocs With Google Or Apple Credentials?

External Workers can log into SiteDocs by using the SiteDocs Lite™ App. This is done by either Scanning an Access QR Code or using an Access Link.

When you scan the QR Code or click the Link, you will be taken to the SiteDocs Lite™ App (website). Follow these steps to login with a Google or Apple Account:

1. Select the Sign in Option you would like to use: Google or Apple

ℹ️ Log into Google or Apple with your typical credentials. If you don't want to use a personal email or Apple Account, consider creating a free Google account like [e-mail]!

2. Google or Apple will confirm the Data that SiteDocs Lite™ needs to access the system. This is limited to Name, Email Address and Profile Photo. We use this data to create your account in SiteDocs Lite™. Select Confirm to continue.

3. SiteDocs Lite™ will pull your First and Last name from your Google or Apple Account, all you will need to do is enter a Title if you like (this is optional).

4. Select Next

5. Select your Company from the list. If you do not see yours listed, select "My Company isn't listed" to add it into the list.

6. Enter your Company Name

7. Select Next

8. If the information looks correct, Select Confirm
