Follow these steps to Pre-Fill a Scheduled Form!

Note: 

• Items filled out before Scheduling a Form cannot be changed when the user is completing the Form.

• Items filled out before the Form will be filled out in all repetitions of the Scheduled Form if the Form is set up to repeat.
